Attendees of the workshop are encouraged to submit abstracts on multiplex image analysis and related topics including but not limited to cell/nuclear segmentation, cell phenotyping, clustering and dimensionality reduction, multiplex assay validation, reproducibility and batch-to-batch variability, software tools for multiplex image analysis, and spatial/neighborhood analysis of multiplex data. Note, however, that you do not need to submit an abstract to attend the workshop.

Abstract Submission for the Multiplex Image Analysis workshop is open! The submission deadline has now been extended to September 5, 2023. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed, and if accepted, must be presented in person at the workshop. Abstracts will be selected for either a poster presentation or an oral presentation. Due to the limited number of talk slots and limited space for mounting posters, some abstracts may not get a poster or a talk slot.
